HOW TO REACH US:
- By plane: You can fly to Heraklion (the island's capital) or Chania. We recommend Heraklion for getting faster to Pitsidia. Taxis are usually always available at the airport to take you to Pitsidia for a fixed price. If this is too uncertain for you, just write us with your flight number and arrival time (as a comment to the booking, if possible) and we would be happy to order a taxi transfer for you.
- By ferry: There are different ferries from Piraeus (the port of Athens). For information look at www.greekferries.gr.
- By car: A very good option of transfer from the airport/port is to book a rental car or motorbike directly from there (with a 45-60 min drive from Heraklion e.g.). There are various offers from international rental companies or Greek companies with northern European partner companies on the web. If you take the taxi transfer from the airport, but would like to be mobile in Pitsidia, there are also various good car or motorbike rental companies in Pitsidia or Matala.
- By public bus service: There is a public bus service directly from the central bus station in Heraklion to Pitsidia. The bus station in Pitsidia is in about 400m distance from the villa, but you will have to take another bus or taxi from the airport/port to the central bus station in Heraklion. Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking
The booking is made up to 3 days before arrival by using our integrated booking system AND by paying a deposit of 10% of the total booking amount there.
The deposit must be paid directly in our booking system via our service provider Stripe (stripe.com). Payments by credit card, link, PayPal, SEPA direct debit or bank contact are generally available. A booking is only valid and the reservation is fully completed once the deposit has been confirmed.
When booking, please note that the pool is usually closed from November 15th to March 31st.
Payment
The remaining amount (90% of the booking amount) must be paid by the guest in cash to the manager or on-site service employee directly upon arrival at Villa Aeonios. Only cash payments in euros are accepted for the remaining amount.
If a booking is cancelled via this website after the grace period has expired (see cancellation), the outstanding 90% of the total booking amount is due immediately and must only be paid to us by bank transfer within 10 days.
Check-in / Check-out
The earliest check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (local time in Greece).
Later arrival times are flexibly possible, but the villa manager must be informed of the exact arrival times at least 3 days before arrival, i.e. at the time of booking for last-minute bookings.
Check-out is to be carried out no later than 11:00 a.m. local time on the day of departure. Feel free to ask us about the possibility of a later check-out, which unfortunately will usually not be possible.
Privacy

Payment transactions are made directly via our service provider Stripe (stripe.com) and no payment data is stored on our systems.
When using the contact form, the data and messages are also not stored on the server, but only transferred to our systems via secure email.
Cleaning service
We offer a free cleaning service once a week (cancellation is possible on request of our guests). The service includes linen and towel changes and all general cleaning for the house.
If you require additional cleaning, please contact us and we will be happy to organize one or more additional cleaning service dates for you, carried out by our cleaning staff at an additional price (subject to availability, direct payment to cleaning staff, euros in cash
Baby cots / baby chairs
All children are welcome.
A baby cot and/or a high chair can be provided free of charge upon direct request when booking.
If you have forgotten this please send a message to the villa manager as soon as possible, preferably on the day of reservation, so we can reserve what is needed for you!
Pets
Pets are not allowed with us.
Due to the annually increasing number of guests who suffer from one or more animal hair allergies, we have decided on a general ban on pets.
Of course, we don’t want to forbid petting the cute, often wild village cats outside the house.
